  • How long should it take for my funds to transfer?
  • It has been several days since I initiated a funds transfer and they are not showing up in my bank account, what do I do?
    • Click here to complete a form and submit a ticket. We'll contact the transferring bank
  • Why do I have duplicate bank accounts setup when I only setup one?
    • Rest assured this does not impact your ability to transfer funds from either listed bank account that is a duplicate. However, in some instances, software code has redundancies and will provide double the content. If this is the case, be assured we'll have this fixed soon.  
  • What is the Spendback feature?
    • When using the option to purchase product in your backoffice or company website, you are able to use the funds from your wallet to purchase product. 
  • How do I setup my bank account?
  • I  completed setting up my bank account, but I know I entered the account number incorrectly. Is there a way to edit my bank account details?
    • No, you will need to delete the current bank account information and set it up with the correct information. 
  •  How do I transfer funds to my bank account?
    • Within your E-Wallet account history, click on Transfer. Follow the directions from there. 
  • How do I send funds to another person in my contact list?
    • Within your E-Wallet account history, click on Send Funds. Search for the contact, enter the amount, and click send!
  • How do I add contacts to send funds to?
    • Within your E-Wallet account history, click on Contacts and "Add Contact" and follow the directions from there. 
  • Can I pay my autoship subscription using the funds in my E-Wallet account?
    • Yes, but make sure you have enough funds to cover the entire charge of the autoship subscription for that month. The system does not allow a partial payment.
  • Can I pay for a general order in the back-office using the funds from my E-Wallet account?
    • Yes, in fact if you do not have enough funds in your E-Wallet account to cover the purchase, you can also use a second form of payment for the balance of the purchase. 
  • I have a problem with my commission, who do I contact?
    • Please reach out to your Direct Selling Organization or sponsor.
