• I want to purchase tokens with my credit card, is that an option?
  • Unfortunately you can only use funds from your wallet to purchase tokens. 
• I have purchased tokens but did not use them, can I exchange and receive a refund?
  • Once purchased, they can only be used to purchase product and cannot be refunded. For further assistance you will need to contact your Direct Selling Organization 
• I purchased tokens but did not receive an email or promo code. What should I do?
  • Please reach out to your Direct Selling Organization for further assistance.
